Annual Prize Draw 2024

• Money raised by the Draw will support the activities of the Barn Owl Trust, a registered charity.
• The Barn Owl Trust Annual Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of the Barn Owl Trust who are directly involved with the Draw.
• Prizes will be sent to UK addresses only (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
• No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 years. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 he/she will be exempt from the Draw and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.
• The cost of each ticket for the Barn Owl Trust Draw is £1 . You may purchase more than 1 ticket, but the maximum number of tickets is one hundred (£100) There are 5 tickets in a book of tickets.
• Participation in the Draw can be made by returning ticket stubs in the post with the appropriate payment (cheque made payable to the Barn Owl Trust) or through this website with payment by Bank Transfer or Debit card, where entrants will be notified of their ticket numbers by email. CAF or other charity vouchers cannot be accepted as payment for tickets.
• Raffle tickets must not be sold to a person in any street. For the purpose of this condition ‘street’ includes any bridge, road, lane, footway, subway, square, court, alley or passage (including passages through enclosed premises such as shopping malls) whether a thoroughfare or not.
• Your tickets will be entered into the Draw as soon as the whole payment is received by the Barn Owl Trust.
• The Barn Owl Trust accepts no responsibility if the chosen method of payment is cancelled in error.
• Closing dates for the receipt of Draw tickets and ticket payment is the day before the Draw date. Tickets received after the closing date may not be entered in the Draw but the payment will be treated as a donation unless expressly stated otherwise by the sender.
• The Draw will take place on the date announced on the website and on the ticket.
• The prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and no alternatives will be provided.
• The Barn Owl Trust is very grateful to our prize donors, however our acceptance of their generous offer does not imply endorsement or recommendation of their products or services.
• The result of the Draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Winners will be notified in writing within 10 working days of the Draw, to the name and address/email address of the registered buyers of the winning Draw tickets.
• A list of all prize winners (Name and County only) will be published on the Barn Owl Trust website.
